Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has officially started her electoral campaign. She filed her nomination for the Wayanad Lok Sabha bypoll on Wednesday. In her affidavit, she declared assets worth over ₹12 crore.
According to the affidavit submitted to the Election Commission of India (ECI), Priyanka possesses Movable assets worth ₹4.27 crore. This includes mutual funds, bank deposits, and a Honda CRV car gifted by her husband, Robert Vadra. It also consists of 4,400 grams of gold worth Rs 1.15 crore
Immovable assets worth ₹7.41 crore, consisting of inherited agricultural land in New Delhi and a farmhouse. This also includes a residential property in Shimla valued at ₹5.63 crore.

Priyanka Gandhi has a liability worth Rs 15.75 lakh and her husband has a liability worth Rs 10 crore.
During her visit, Priyanka expressed gratitude towards the people of Wayanad. She also acknowledged their support for her brother Rahul Gandhi.
After filing her nomination, Priyanka Gandhi said she has 35 years of political experience. She joined politics at the age of 17 when she campaigned for her late father, Rajiv Gandhi, in 1989.
