‘Centre Cannot Ignore Tamil Nadu’s Voice’: MK Stalin Blasts BJP-Led Central Government

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. K. Stalin criticised the Centre for what he called a sustained and deliberate neglect of Tamil Nadu’s legitimate demands. He said that no government claiming to lead the “world’s largest democracy” has the moral right to disregard the voice of an entire people.

Stalin pointed out that Tamil Nadu is one of the highest contributors to the country’s tax revenue, yet continues to face what he termed as unfair treatment in the allocation of funds, approval of key projects, and release of dues under Centre-sponsored schemes.

His comments come ahead of the upcoming Parliament session, where several MPs from Tamil Nadu are expected to raise long-pending concerns related to fiscal allocation, development projects, and federal obligations.
