New York| Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday invited investors from all over the world to invest in India at the Bloomberg Global Business Forum. Counting the positive aspects of India’s investment climate, Modi told investors that your hopes and dreams will be fully met. He said, “Our middle class is a very big section, full of hopes. His outlook is global. If you want to invest in a startup then come to India. Our infrastructure is growing. There is huge potential in the metro, road, rail, airport. If you want to invest, come to India.”
100 lakh crore rupees will be spent on modern infrastructure
Modi said that India has opened its defence sector. “If you want to make in India and for India then come here. Never before has our government been investing as much on infrastructure development in India. We are going to spend 100 lakh crore rupees on modern infrastructure in the coming years,” he said.
India aims to be a $ 5 trillion economy
Talking about his pet project of $5 Trillion Economy, Modi said the government will spend on the social infrastructure too. “When we came into government, the country’s economy was around $ 2 trillion. In the last 5 years, we added one trillion dollars to it. We have the capability, the courage and the conditions are also with us to achieve this big target,” he said.

PM modi said that some media houses have started the work of exposing fake news. Noting that he himself is very active on social media, Modi said, “Social media is a big force for the information.
