Referring to the Amit Shah’s bike rally in Haryana, Bhupinder Singh Hooda claimed the state government had spent 22 crores rupees to deploy 150 companies of paramilitary forces to provide security to Amit.
Asserting the Indian National Congress’ goal of dethroning the BJP government in 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the former Chief Minister of Haryana Bhupinder Singh Hooda appealed the people to join hands with Congress in doing so. He was addressing a gathering during the Jan Kranti Yatra at Haryana’s Hodal.
“I won’t rest until we oust the anti-people BJP government from the state,” thundered Hooda. Training guns at the incumbent Khattar government, he said that the government in three years has failed to govern the state. “The BJP government failed to control the law and order situation in the state. In three years the state government had to deploy paramilitary forces in the state,” Hooda said.

Taking a dig at BJP National president Amit Shah’s bike rally in Haryana a few days ago, Bhupinder Singh Hooda claimed the state government had spent 22 crores rupees to deploy 150 companies of paramilitary forces to provide security to Amit Shah. “How will they provide security to the people of Haryana if they cannot even provide security to their party president,” charged Hooda.
Training guns at the incumbent BJP, Bhupinder Singh Hooda said that the party has failed all the sections of people. Calling the BJP government “Anti-people” and “Anti-farmers” he said, “The farmers are not getting the price for their yield, Labourer is not getting his due, there are not enough doctors in hospitals and teachers in school. The unemployed youth is not even getting employment,” alleged Hooda.

Criticizing the government for failing to curb crime against women in the state, he said the number of rapes has increased under this government and the government has failed to protect the women of the state.
Earlier this month Bhupinder Hooda had announced his statewide Jan Kranti yatra to take on the BJP government ahead of the Assembly elections scheduled next year. However, after suffering the foot fracture, rumours were he will not be able to conduct rallies. Quashing such rumours, Hooda last week had asserted that he will be embarking upon the statewide agitation from February 25.
