Washington DC| There is now uneasy calm after the violence in the US capital Washington DC on Thursday. Capitol Hill, the Parliament House Complex of the US, has been surrounded by hundreds of security personnel. Allies of President Donald Trump, whose supporters are believed to be responsible for the violence, are leaving him and submitting resignations. There is a demand that Donald Trump should not be allowed to complete the remaining 12 days of his presidency. Blocked on all social media platforms, Trump released a new video. In the video, he condemned the violence for the first time and confirmed that on January 20, the power transition will be conducted according to the rules.

There are about 100 Republican Republican lawmakers who have clearly blamed their leader and President Donald Trump directly for Thursday’s violent incidents. The White House deputy national security officer, education minister are among the members who resigned. It is quite possible that NSA Robert Brown and the Chief of Staff may also step down today. Overall, there is tremendous pressure on Donald Trump to take a major decision.

According to a special CNN report, Senate Speaker Nancy Pelosi is seeking impeachment of Donald Trump. Republican leaders and some of Trump’s cabinet colleagues met twice on Thursday. They believe that Trump should be forced to resign. It is quite possible that he will also leave the chair at the end of this week.

But before that Donald Trump may try and clear himself of any charges. According to the US Constitution, the President can forgive his own mistakes. Trump may issue a pardon order to avoid being convicted for Thursday’s events. In America, it is called self-pardon power. This will mean in the future, Trump will not be tried for charges of inciting violence.

According to CNN, Trump has had lengthy conversations with his lawyers and White House Councilman Pat Silfone. It can also be announced in a day or two. According to the New York Times, Vice President Mike Pence does not want Donald Trump to be removed using 25th amendment of the Constitution against Trump. In these circumstances, Pence will have to hold the presidency for the remaining 12 days. Under this amendment only the President’s cabinet can remove him from office. But, the reason for this should be firm. For example, if the President is very ill or dies suddenly.
