The Supreme Court has delivered a big jolt to the sacked BSF jawan Tej Bahadur Yadav. Today, the Apex court has rejected his plea challenging the Election Commissionâs decision to reject his nomination papers from Varanasi Lok Sabha seat. Which means, now Tej Bahadur will not be able to contest against PM Modi.
The petition of Tej Bahadur Yadav was taken up by Supreme Court yesterday. The court had asked election commission to examine the complaint filed by Yadav and respond to it within a day. however, today a bench headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi said, the court has not found any grounds to entertain the plea of Yadavâ.#TejBahadurYadav #Varanasi #PMModi
