Colorado Court Disqualifies Trump From Holding Presidential Office

Former US President Donald Trump has been disqualified from Colorado’s 2024 presidential ballot due to his connection to the January 6, 2021, Capitol attack, according to a historic 4-3 ruling by the state’s Supreme Court.
