Lawyer of Maulana Saad, Fujail Ahmad Ayyubi, said that the Tablighi Jamaat chief has asked all the members to go to their district authorities and cooperate.
New Delhi| Tablighi Jamaat chief Maulana Saad has released new audio for his supporters on Thursday. In this audio message, he is claiming to be in a self-quarantine in Delhi. Maulana Saad is saying, “I am Quarantined on the advice of doctors in Delhi. I appeal to all the members of the Jamaat to follow the law wherever they are in the country and stay in their homes. Follow the instructions of the government and do not gather together anywhere.”

Delhi Police is searching for Maulana Saad. He is missing since March 28. Despite the lockdown, there were about 5000 people in the Markaz of Hazrat Nizamuddin Tablighi Jamaat headquarters in South Delhi. He is also accused of misleading Jamaat members about Coronavirus.

Ayyubi said that the police have sent only a few questions so far, which are being answered. All the people in Markaz are with the police. He is admitted to quarantine or hospital.
