After Colorado, Maine Disqualifies Donald Trump From 2024 Ballot

Former US President Donald Trump was disqualified on Thursday from Maine’s election ballot in next year’s US presidential primary election. Maine is the second state to bar Trump from contesting for his role in the 2021 Capitol Hill attack. According to Maine Secretary of State, Trump was the frontrunner for the Republican nomination in 2024 but incited an insurrection when he spread false claims about voter fraud in the 2020 election.
