Arvind Kejriwal Receives 4th ED Summons

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal faces his fourth summons from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) regarding the Delhi liquor policy case. Required to appear on January 18, Kejriwal previously evaded questioning on January 3, citing the summons’ illegality and its alleged intent to arrest him. Earlier, he had avoided two summons on November 2 and December 21. While questioned by the Central Bureau of Investigation in April, he was not named as an accused.
