Sri Lanka Detains 12 Indian Fishermen For Alleged Poaching

The Sri Lankan Navy has apprehended 12 Indian fishermen for allegedly poaching in the waters of the island nation. As per the official statement released on Sunday, the Navy seized the three trawlers belonging to the fishermen on Saturday off the coast of Karainagar, located in the northern Jaffna peninsula.
