Britain’s Ambassador to Rob Macaire was arrested for a few hours on Saturday evening for organizing and participating in the protest in Iran.

Trump tweeted- “I stand with the brave and long-suffering people of Iran from the beginning of my term. My administration will stand by you.” On the other hand, Iran’s Foreign Ministry on Saturday condemned the restrictions imposed by the US on some Iranian industrial companies and officials. On Friday, the US acted in response to its missile attack on US forces in Iraq and imposed more sanctions on Iran. Trump also tweeted in Persian.

Britain’s Ambassador to Rob Macaire was arrested for a few hours on Saturday evening for organizing and participating in the protest here. According to reports, hundreds of students were protesting against Ukraine plane crash outside the Amir Kabir University of Technology in Tehran, including Macair. Students took out a rally and demanded action against those responsible for the accident.

During the protest, people also tore the picture of Sulaimani
During the rally, protesters allegedly tore a photo of Qassem Soleimani, commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran. The police also used force to disperse the protesters. Commander Sulaimani was killed in a US drone strike last week. Macare is accused of inciting the protesters. He was released a few hours after his arrest, but summons will be summoned in this regard.
