#Elections2019: “Trying to create fear” says Urmila Matondkar after ‘Modi’ chants at her rally


As we get close to the second phase of polling for Lok Sabha elections, the campaign battles are getting intense. Today, when the actor turned politician Urmila Matondkar who is also Congress candidate from north Mumbai was campaigning outside the Borivali station, a scuffle broke out between Congress and BJP workers. It all started when during her campaigning some people started shouting slogans in the name of PM Modi. #Urmilamatondkar #MumbaiNorth #PMModi

After the incident, Matondkar filed a police complaint alleging that the BJP is trying to create fear. She said that it is just the beginning and may even take violent turn. She also asked for police protection. Matondkar added that BJP has beeen doing politics of hatred.
