Cooking Gas Cylinder’s Price Hiked By ₹ 50

New Delhi: On May 7, the rate of domestic cooking gas has been raised by ₹ 50per cylinder. This is second increase in its prices in two months. The price hike in cooking gas rates comes days after commercial LPG cylinder rate was hiked by ₹ 102.50.

Now, in Delhi a 14.2-kg non-subsidised cooking gas cylinder, also known as LPG cylinder, will now cost ₹ 999.50. 

On March 22, the rate of domestic LPG was increased by ₹ 50. In the month of April there was no increase in the price of this cylinder.

A 19-kg commercial LPG cylinder now cost ₹ 2,355.50, up from earlier price of ₹ 2,253.
