IAS Officer Who Walked Dog In Delhi Stadium, Transferred To Ladakh

New Delhi:  IAS couple Sanjeev Khirwar and Anu Dugga who walked their dog in a stadium in Delhi, were transferred  to Ladakh and Arunachal Pradesh respectively by the Ministry of Home affairs  following media reports suggesting misuse of official position by them, 

“Khirwar, a 1994-batch IAS officer from AGMUT cadre, is shifted to Ladakh and his wife to Arunachal Pradesh with immediate effect the”, The Ministry of Home Affairs said in its order.

The decision came after an exclusive report by Indian express came out.

Meanwhile, Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal has directed all sports facilities under his government to remain open for sportspersons till 10 pm.  TMC MP Mahua Moitra has also expressed her views on the issue “Why shame Arunachal by transferring errant Delhi bureaucrat there?
