Watch: Kangana Ranaut slams Indira Jaising, suggests should be Kept in Jail with Nirbhaya convicts

Recently, while addressing media, Kangana demanded that the convicts of the 2012 Nirbhaya gangrape and murder case should be hanged publicly

Mumbai: Panga actress Kangana Ranaut is busy with the promotions of her movie. She never shies away from sharing her views on various subjects. This time also she has openly spoken about the Nirbhaya case.

Recently, while addressing media, Kangana demanded that the convicts of the 2012 Nirbhaya gangrape and murder case should be hanged publicly.

Kangana said, “A person who has committed such a horrifying crime should not be considered a minor. He should be hanged publicly to set an example. Nirbhaya’s parents are fighting for there daughter’s justice for a long time. The convicts should not be quietly killed it  will be of no use as you won’t be able to set an example.”

Senior lawyer Indira Jaising had requested Nirbhaya’s mother Asha Devi to forgive Nirbhaya’s convicts. Same as Sonia Gandhi forgave her husband’s killer. She wrote on Twitter, “While I fully identify with the pain of Asha Devi I request her to follow the example of Sonia Gandhi who forgave Nalini and said she didn’t want the death sentence for her. We are with you but against the death sentence.”

When questioned about Jaising’s statement, Kangana said, “She should be sent in jail along with the rape convicts. How can these women show sympathy to the convicts? It is these kinds of women who give birth to such monsters.”
