Delhi Elections 2025: 19.95% Voter Turnout Recorded Till 11 Am

Voting for the high-stakes Delhi assembly polls is underway in 70 Assembly constituencies. President Droupadi Murmu, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, Union MinisterĀ  Hardeep Singh Puri, LoPĀ  Rahul Gandhi, Delhi Chief Minister Atishi, Chief Justice of India Sanjiv Khanna, Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar have cast their votes.

According to Indian Express, till 11 am, voter turnout stood at 19.95% across 70 Assembly constituencies in the national capital. Northeast Delhi recorded the highest voter turnout at 24.87%, and Central Delhi recorded the lowest at 16.46%.

In the triangular contest between the ruling AAP, the BJP, and the Congress, the AAP aims for a third consecutive term, while the saffron party hopes to make a return to power after 25 years, and the grand old party strives to make a comeback.Ā
