Google terminated 28 employees who protested the company’s cloud-computing deal with Israel, known as Project Nimbus. The protestors staged sit-ins at two Google offices, with some arrested for refusing to leave the Cloud CEO’s office. An internal memo obtained by The Verge stated Google’s intolerance toward such behaviour.
