Russia-Ukraine War: Attack In Kharkiv Kills 3, Injures 52

Three people were injured and 52 injured after a building was attacked in Kharkiv by Russian guided bombs. Pictures circulating on social media show balconies shattered and parts of the five-storey building destroyed. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said such attacks “must and can be stopped”.
