US: Indian Sentenced To 9 Years For Healthcare Fraud

A 43-year-old Indian national, Yogesh K Pancholi, has been sentenced to nine years in a US prison for a $2.8 million healthcare fraud. Pancholi, the owner of Shring Home Care Inc., unlawfully purchased the healthcare company. He concealed his ownership by using others’ names and information despite being excluded from billing Medicare, according to court documents.
