Kangana Ranaut’s targets Mahatma Gandhi getting black lashed by Nawab Malik and Sanjay Raut

Mumbai: Keeping up with the boiling controversy of calling India’s freedom as “Bheekh”. Kangana has now targeted the toil of Mahatma Gandhi by claiming that he wanted Bhagat Singh to be hanged to death.

In the series of her instagram post, Kangana posted old news article on her Instagram story and asked her followers to choose their heroes wisely and thereby targeted Mahatma Gandhi.“Either you are a Gandhi fan or Netaji supporter. You can’t be both, choose and decide.” The said newspaper cutting was an article from the 1940s with a headline that read, “Gandhi, others agreed to hand over Netaji.”

In her next IG Story, Kangana, who is known for her controversial remarks, said that freedom fighters were “handed over” to the British by those “who had no courage” to fight oppression but were “power-hungry” and “cunning”.

Kangana political opinions has always infuriated several politician and after taking a dig at Mahatma Gandhi and his contribution towards India. NCP leader Nawab Malik did not take rest and condemned her remarks through a video posted on twitter.

NCP leader Nawab Malik condemned Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut’s remarks against Mahatma Gandhi and other freedom fighters saying that such character assassination will not be accepted in the country in which he added through violence only lands can be conquered and it is only through non violence that love and respect in the hearts of people can be attained and thereby a visionary freedom

Shiv Sena leader and Member of Parliament Sanjay Raut also slammed Kangana on her remarks and said that she should be aware of the Country’s condition and that to make a remark on the Father of our Nation Mahatma Gandhi. He further said that, “there can be differences in ones opinion even Balasaheb Thackeray had questioned Mahatma Gandhi’s morale but Gandhi was the torchbearer for India’s freedom. Even the Prime Minister himself on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, pays respect by visting Raaj Ghat.”

This is not the first time that Kangana is in headlines for controversial opinion and political views. Recently after getting PadmaShri award Manikarnika actress said that the Independence that India got in 1947 was bheek (alms) and the country got its real Independence after 2014 when the PM Modi lead BJP government came into power.
