After Weekend Lockdown In Maharashtra, Kejriwal Moves To Impose Night Curfew In Delhi

The infection rate of coronavirus in Delhi is continuously increasing. On Monday, the infection rate in Delhi stood at 5.54 per cent.

 

The second wave of Coronavirus is wreaking havoc all over India including the capital Delhi. A night curfew has been implemented in many states. Adding to this, the Kejriwal government in Delhi also announced a night curfew in Delhi. The government has announced a curfew in the National Capital Region from 10 pm to 5 am till 30 April with immediate effect.

The infection rate of coronavirus in Delhi is continuously increasing. On Monday, the infection rate in Delhi stood at 5.54 per cent. According to Delhi Health Department, on Monday, 3548 new cases found in Delhi while 15 patients died. Apart from this, 2936 patients were discharged on Monday. So far, 6,79,962 people have been infected with the virus in Delhi. Of these, 6,54,277 patients recovered. At the same time, 11,096 patients have died due to coronavirus. The death rate from Corona in Delhi is 1.63 per cent.

Active patients increased to more than 14000

According to the Health Department, active coronavirus patients have increased to 14,589 in Delhi. Out of these, 2975 patients are admitted to various hospitals in Delhi. At the same time, 34 patients are admitted to Covid Care Center and 49 to Covid Medical Center. The number of patients in home isolation has increased to 7983. At the same time, 5 patients under the Vande Bharat mission are in isolation.
