Aryan Khan Appears Before NCB As Per Bail Conditions

Mumbai : As per the bail conditions set by Bombay High Court, Aryan Khan on November 5, Friday appeared before Narcotics Control Bureau. He was required to mark his presence before the agency between 11 am and 2 pm. Aryan Khan was arrested, along with several others, by the agency in the drugs-on-cruise case. Aryan Khan was released from Mumbai Arthur Road Prison on October 30.

There were no drugs found on Aryan Khan by Anti-Drugs Agency but the agency claimed in court that his WhatsApp chats proved his involvement in “illicit drug deals” and links with a foreign drugs cartel.

The Bombay High Court had listed 14 conditions for his bail – Aryan Khan cannot leave Mumbai without informing the police and must appear before the agency every Friday. The conditions include not indulging in similar activities, not communicating with other accused like his friend Arbaaz Merchant, and not talking to the media, among others.

The NCB can request cancellation of bail if any of these conditions are violated.

The High Profile Case has turned out to become a big ‘Political Drama.’ NCP Spokesperson Nawab Malik has come up with serious allegations on the NCB official Sameer Wankhede who was handling this case and also on former Minister Devendra Fadnavis.

Malik has levelled the allegation on Wankhede for forging documents and extortion. Malik claims that Wamkhede was born Muslim and has forged documents, including a caste certificate, to pass off as a Scheduled Caste (SC) person to get recruitment under quota after clearing the UPSC exams.

He also claimed that Malik is involved in extortion. For some other case, actresses like Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor were called for summoning but yet no arrests are made in that case. When the whole Bollywood was at Mal Dives, his family was there too, and at Mal Dives extortion took place.

He also alleged that Wankhede has been brought here by Devendra Fadnavis.

Malik had also accused the former Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis of appearing in a video allegedly financed by a drug peddler. A charge that Mr Fadnavis denied through a press conference. The former Chief Minister also alleged that Mr Malik had links with the Underworld, he said that he would present evidence of it after Diwali.
