Lucknow : BJP MP Varun Gandhi slams Yogi led government at Uttar Pradesh over lathi-charge on protesting teachers. He expressed grief by tweeting the video and also asked questions.

On Saturday, the Lucknow Police lathi-charged the teacher candidates who have been staging a sit-in for 5 months demanding reservation for the recruitment of 69 thousand assistant teachers in Lucknow. After this lathi charge, the politicians also targeted the government by sharing the video. Today (December 5) BJP MP Varun Gandhi has taunted CM Yogi.

Earlier on Saturday, after the lathi charge, Samajwadi Party National President Akhilesh Yadav had targeted the Yogi government by tweeting. Akhilesh had said that under the BJP rule, the path is being paved for becoming a ‘Vishwa Guru’ by lathi-charging the future teachers. We are with the demands of 69000 teacher recruitment. And the youth should say that today’s BJP does not want.

On Saturday, the Lucknow Police lathi-lashed the teacher candidates who had been staging a sit-in for 5 months demanding recruitment. These people were going to the CM residence with a candle march. On Lohia Path, the police stopped them and started beating them by running. Hundreds of these candidates have been staging a sit-in at the NCERT office for the last 5 months for their demands.
