Farmers prepared a 10-page document of objections

After the agitations began, this will be the second conversation of the government with the farmers. Farmers have prepared a 10-page document of objections to agricultural laws.

5 major demands by Farmers

  • Families of farmers who committed suicide should get financial help from the centre.

Meanwhile, UP’s farmer leader Rakesh Tikait, who reached the Kundli Border, also held a meeting with organizations in Punjab on Wednesday. At the press conference, Chairman of Krantikari Kisan Sanghatan, Darshan Pal said that the government should call a special session of Parliament to abolish the laws. Subharan, Joint Secretary, Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Samiti, Punjab, says that the Center is trying to divide farmers. “Until Prime Minister Narendra Modi holds a meeting with all 507 farmer organizations, we will not attend any other meeting,” he said.
