Have Apologized On Agricultural Laws, Now How Will You Atone? Rahul Gandhi Questions Modi

New Delhi : Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi has said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has apologized for making an anti-agriculture law, but will tell in Parliament how he will atone? Rahul Gandhi has once again targeted the Narendra Modi government at the Center for the withdrawn agricultural laws.

Rahul Gandhi wrote in the tweet, “When the PM apologized for making the anti-agriculture law, then tell in the Parliament how will you do atonement? When was the minister of Lakhimpur affairs sacked? How much compensation will be given to the martyr farmers? When will the false cases against the satyagrahis be returned? When is the law on MSP? Without it the apology is incomplete!

The farmers’ organization and the opposition are constantly demanding from the government to give compensation to the families of the farmers killed during the farmers’ agitation. But two days ago, the Central Government has said in Parliament that there is no figure of how many farmers have died during the farmers’ agitation that has been going on for a year, so the question of compensation does not arise.

However the farmers have not withdrawn their protest. Refusing the withdrawal, demanded a law to ensure MSP, justice in the Lakhimpur Kheri case, withdrawal of cases registered against farmers and compensation for over 700 farmers who died during the one-year-long agitation. The farmersтАЩ body added that the central government continues to say it has no records of deaths of protesting farmers.

Rahul Gandhi had also slammed the government for not allowing discussion during the withdrawal of the farm laws in Parliament. тАЬNot allowed discussion on the issues of MSP, justice for the martyr Annadata, and the dismissal of the Union Minister in the Lakhimpur case. The government who snatched the right of discussion from Parliament is a coward and failed government,тАЭ Rahul Gandhi had said on November 29.
