High-level enquiry will be done to probe into the matter: Devendra Fadnavis

Mumbai | Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Friday visited the spot where the bridge collapsed at CST station, killing 6 people.

He confirmed that 10 people were still in the hospital receiving treatments, one getting treated in the ICU.

“Everyone is out of danger”, he further confirmed.

“High-level enquiry will be done to probe into the matter. FIR has been lodged”, he claimed, after meeting with the victims in the hospital.

Fadnavis asked the authorities to “fix their responsibilities” by today evening.

An FIR has been lodged by the Mumbai Police against the BMC, who clamied the damages on the bridge.
