I Want To Reiterate That I Will Continue My Fight Against Pawar And Patil: Gopichand Padalkar Amid Attacks On Him

Mumbai: In a video, BJP MLA Gopichand Padalkar has alleged a serious allegation of NCP leader and state Water Resources Minister Jayant Patil. Padalkar has alleged in a video that Jayant Patil was involved in attacking me. Gopichand Padalkar has claimed that the video was dated November 7. Gopichand Padalkar has said that he was attacked while passing near Atpadi police station. He said that he wants to reiterate that he will continue his fight against Pawar and Patil.

Taking to the twitter he tweeted his video and wrote, “Life is lived on its own.. Only funerals are raised on the shoulders of others.”

He alleged, “A mob of around 200 people armed with sticks had gathered. According to the plan, the first step was to pelt stones on my vehicle, then when the vehicle slows down, attack my vehicle with a truck, and then finally, the mob attack. The most surprising element here is that the entire plot was hatched with the help of police who can be seen busy recording it all on the video instead of taking some action.”

He states that there is the involvement of SP Dikshit Kumar Gedam, Additional SP Manisha Dubule, and Guardian Minister Jayant Patil in this pre-planned attack. He stated that he cannot trust them. He said, “SP Dikshit Kumar Gedam, Additional SP Manisha Dubule, and Guardian Minister Jayant Patil are involved in this attack. Under the guise of action, they suspended my bodyguard and registered a case under 307 against me. I have decided not to have a bodyguard now as I do not trust the SP and Additional SP anymore.

He further questions that what are we supposed to do when the one who should protect us is victimizing us? He is heard saying, “What to do if the one who is supposed to protect you starts victimizing you? However, I want to reiterate that I will continue my fight against Pawar and Patil.”
