India Records Lowest Coronavirus Cases In 70 Days, Death Toll Puzzles Authorities

According to the data of the Ministry of Health, 4002 people have lost their lives due to Coronavirus in the last 24 hours in the country.

 

The intensity of coronavirus havoc in India seems to be reducing , but the high death toll has puzzled the authorities. On Saturday, India recorded lowest Coronavirus Cases in the past 70 days. In the last 24 hours, 84332 new cases of coronavirus have been found in the country. At the same time, more than 4000 eople have died during this period. There has been a steady decline in the cases of Covid-19 for some time now. Apart from this, the number of active cases in the country has also come down to 11 lakh after 63 days.

 

According to the data of the Ministry of Health, 4002 people have lost their lives due to Coronavirus in the last 24 hours in the country. With this, the total number of people who died of virus in the country has reached 3,67,081. At the same time, the total number of corona cases in the country has crossed 2,93,59,155. At present, the number of active cases in the country is 10,80,690.

 

According to the data of the ministry, the number of people recovering from coronavirus in the country is increasing continuously. So far 2,79,11,384 people have been cured of coronavirus in the country and out of these 1,21,311 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours. For the last 30 days, the number of people recovering has been more than new patients in the country. The recovery rate in the country has increased to 95.07% and the weekly positivity rate has come down from 5 percent to 4.94%.
