New Delhi: Samajwadi Party SP MP Jaya Bachan lost her cool in Parliament and lashed out at the Bhartiya Janta Party, saying that their bad days will begin soon.
Jaya Bachchan told the speaker that personal comments were passed on the floor of the House. “I don’t wanna make any personal comment on anyone. What happened was very unfortunate and they should not have spoken the way they did,” said Jaya Bachchan.
Rajya Sabha was adjourned earlier as the Opposition ruckus got fierce after a verbal spat between Samajwadi Party (SP) MP Jaya Bachchan and treasury benches.
Jaya Bachchan said: “Spoken to a lot of MPs but no one knows what the exact comment was the comment was about actress.”
Bollywood actor Aishwarya Rai Bachchan on Monday appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with the Panama Papers case.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan appeared before the central agency’s Delhi office after she had sought adjournments on two occasions earlier.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s name featured in the list of 500 Indians who were named in the Panama Papers in which 11.5 million tax documents were leaked, exposing several world leaders and celebrities who had allegedly stashed away money abroad in offshore companies.
Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya’s father-in-law, was also named in the list.
