Kareena Kapoor And Amrita Arora Test Positive For COVID, Can Be Super Spreader?

Kareena Kapoor and Amrita Arora also went to Karan Johar’s party. BMC has started tracing the contacts of both parties.

Mumbai: Actress Kareena Kapoor and Amrita Arora have been tested positive for COVID. As per sources they might be a super spreader of the virus as they have attended several parties in the past few days. Currently, they have isolated themselves.

Kareena had a party with her girl gang on December 7. Her sister Karisma Kapoor, Malaika Arora also joined her at this party. Anil Kapoor’s daughter Rhea Kapoor had a pre-Christmas bash, in which Karisma Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Arjun Kapoor, Masaba Gupta also participated.

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has appealed to all those who came in contact with Kareena Kapoor and Amrita Arora to undergo the RT-PCR test. The BMC is now trying to track down all those people who had attended the party with them in the past or had come in contact with them in any way.

Apart from this party, Kareena and Amrita also went to Karan Johar’s party. BMC has started tracing the contacts of both parties. Reports of some more celebrities from their contacts can be expected today.

There is a danger of a new variant Omicron of coronavirus in entire Maharashtra including Mumbai. Maharashtra has got the maximum number of Omicron infected as compared to the whole country. Section 144 is imposed in Mumbai. In Maharashtra, 17 people have been infected with this variant, out of which 8 people have been cured so far.

Daily positivity rate (0.86%) less than 2% for the last 70 days. Weekly Positivity Rate (0.69%) less than 1% for last 29 days.
