New Delhi| The farmers‘ movement, which has been peaceful for 2 months in protest against agricultural laws, turned violent on Tuesday. During the tractor rally, the protesters not only broke the rules, but also vandalized and beat up the security forces. Delhi Police will hold a press conference today.

On Tuesday, the miscreants involved in the tractor rally broke through the barricades and proceeded to the Red Fort. They climbed the ramparts and hoisted the religious flag. On this incident, Bharatiya Kisan Union spokesman Rakesh Tikait today said, “Those who spread violence and hoisted the flag on the Red Fort will themselves suffer.” He further added that a conspiracy has been going on against a particular community for the last 2 months. “This movement is not of the Sikhs but of the farmers,” he said.
