KP Gosavi Arrested

Pune : Private Detective KP Gosavi who is the only witness in the Cruise Drugs Bust Case, has been arrested by Pune Police in 2018 cheating case. The case was registered against Gosavi with Faraskhana police station of Pune city on May 19, 2018, for allegedly committing fraud.

KP Gosavi or Kiran Gosavi is the same man who is in the viral selfie with Aryan Khan. Kiran Gosavi was arrested by police three days after he made his statement of surrendering at Lucknow.

In a statement to ANI he claimed that Prabhakar Sail is lying. “Prabhakar Sail is lying. All I want to request is his CDR report must be released. My CDR report or chats can be released, Prabhakar Sail & his brother’s CDR reports, as well as chats, should be released, everything will be clear,” he was quoted by ANI.

Prabhakar Sail, who is the personal bodyguard of Kiran Gosavi and also a witness in the Mumbai cruise ship raid case has alleged that he took Rs 50 lakh from an individual after the raid at the cruise ship.

Earlier on October 25th Lucknow witnessed a high voltage drama when Gosavi against whom Police had issued lookout notice, made his statement of surrendering before Uttar Pradesh Police as he felt ‘threatened’ with Maharashtra Police.

Kiran Gosavi, who also worked as a private detective, has been detained, ANI quoted Amitabh Gupta, Pune Police Commissioner, as saying. In 2019, Pune City Police declared Gosavi as a wanted man. He was missing since then and was only spotted during cruise raid as NCB witness.

Several victims, who have been cheated by KP Gosavi, came forward to reveal about his alleged ‘black deeds’.

During the NCB raids, Gosavi could be seen clicking selfies with Aryan Khan and helping him connect with someone over the phone.

Prabhakar Sail, another NCB witness, had earlier levelled serious allegations of extortion and established a ‘vasooli link’ in connection with the Mumbai luxury cruise drug bust case.
