A little boy in Dharamshala took upon himself and schooled visitors to wear their masks. In a video that has gone viral, he can be seen with stick schooling maskless individuals and lightly tapping them “Mask Kaha hai”, “Mask pehno” (Where is your mask? Wear it)
As the second wave continues to decline in the country, thousands of tourists have thronged to scenic locations for a vacation with little or no regard for COVID protocols. Scary visuals of mass gatherings have surfaced on social media.
As seen on a #Dharamshala street, with a stick in his hands, this kid was asking people not wearing mask to wear them. He doesn't even have shoes for himself. Also, we can see hardly anyone following Covid rules.

Amidst this indiscipline, a little boy in Dharamshala took upon himself and schooled visitors to wear their masks. In a video that has gone viral, he can be seen with a plastic stick, schooling individuals without a mask and lightly tapping them “Mask Kaha hai”, “Mask pehno” (Where is your mask? Wear it)
Nearly 30 people were caught in the minute-long video crossing the lane lined with shops without a mask.
While some smirk at him, others are visibly annoyed but none shamed. One person even tried to snatch his stick away, but the boy, armed with it and his mask, carries on.

Several social media users were outraged as the video surfaced and slammed citizens for their oblivious attitude towards COVID appropriate behaviour especially with the fear of a third wave around the corner.
The Himachal Pradesh government had announced last month about the easing of Covid-19 restrictions. Shimla hotel and restaurant association president Sanjay Sood told PTI that the withdrawal of the condition of negative RTPCR report and e-Covid pass to enter the state gave a boost to tourist footfall.
Mohinder Seth, president of Tourism Industry Stakeholder Association told PTI, “The occupancy in the hotels remains between 60 and 90 per cent during weekends, while on other days it remains around 40-45 per cent.”
Meanwhile, the government termed these visuals as frightening and warned the citizens that the restrictions could be reimposed if COVID appropriate behaviour isn’t followed.
