Maha Vikas Aghadi demands protection for Prabhakar Sail

Mumbai : After the plot twist in Aryan Khan’s case, the Maha Vikas Aghadi government of Maharastra is demanding police protection to Prabhakar Sail, a witness and bodyguard to Kiran Gosavi and the one who has alleged serious allegation against NCB. Leaders like Digvijay Singh have come out asking for protection for Sail and saying that his life might be in threat. While NCB is saying that you cannot question the integrity of an officer, the charges are too serious to be dismissed. Many questions have aroused due to the new development.

The Congress too is demanding Protection for Prabhakar Sail.

BJP is supporting NCB and BJP has said that ‘cannot question integrity of an officer.’ BJP also stated that Nawab Mallik is also acting as per his vendetta because Sameer Wankhede has arrested his son-in-law in drugs case. That’s the reason of back to back exposes being made by Nawab Mallik.

Looking from Maha Vikas Aghadi’s side, the kind of evidences being presented, specially in media, are serious allegations on Gosavi who is a criminal. Maha Vikas Aghadi leaders are repeatedly asking why is a criminal allowed to be witness? Why Manish Bhanushali and KP Gosavi are dragging the accused? Who gave them powers? What were they doing at Gujrat? On whose Instructions They were at Gujrat? Why did they came to Mumbai together on the same day as of NCB Raid?

BJP is saying that either this witness is being ‘brought’ by Maha Vikas Aghadi leaders or is being ‘threatened’ by them.

Aryan Khan case: Witness claims pay-offs, NCB denies

Narcotics Control Bureau’s (NCB) senior officer Sameer Wankhede has been alleged yet again of collusion and pay-offs by a witness after Maharshtra minister Nawab Malik. This is a development in the case of famous actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan.

Also KP Gosavi, the alleged private investigator whose selfie with Aryan Khan went viral, was blamed with the same allegations. Wankhede has denied any wrongdoing, saying he would give “a fitting reply”.

In an affidavit, Prabhakar Sail — who claims to be a personal bodyguard to KP Gosavi — claimed he heard of a ₹ 18 crore deal between KP Gosavi and one Sam D’Souza, of which 8 crore was to be paid to Sameer Wankhede. He also said he had received the cash from KP Gosavi and handed it over to Sam D’Souza.

The man — who is also named as a witness in a press release by the agency issued on October 6 — alleged that Mr Gosavi has gone missing.

He said he feared for his life and liberty, which was why he filed the affidavit.

Sources in the agency have called the claims “baseless”, questioning if money had changed hands, “why would someone be in jail”.

Alleging that the claims were made “just to malign the (agency’s) image”, a source said, “There are CCTV cameras in the office and nothing of this sort happened”.

Off the record, officials also claimed that they never met Prabhakar Sail before October 2 and have “no idea about who he is”.

“This affidavit can be taken to NDPS court and we will give our response there,” a source said.
