Lucknow | Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday said that the government must take measures to stabilise population without any without discrimination.
Speaking at an awareness rally organised on the World Population Day at Lucknow, CM Adityanath said, “For the stabilisation of population we have to take up measures without any discrimination. People should be educated about the population explosion. The stabilisation of the population is a big challenge”.

The theme of the World Population Day this year is “Family Planning is a Human Right”. 2018 marks the 50th anniversary of the 1968 International Conference on Human Rights. Family planning was initiated for the first time in the Conference globally affirmed to be a human right.
