PM Modi Holds High-Level Meeting To Review Coronavirus Situation

In the last 24 hours in India, 93,249 new cases of Coronavirus were reported. With this, the total number of positive cases so far has been 1,24,85,509.

 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is holding a high-level meeting on issues related to Coronavirus and vaccination on Sunday. According to sources, all senior officials are present in it, including Cabinet Secretary, Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister, Health Secretary, Dr. Vinod Paul. The meeting has been called at a time when the Coronavirus cases have crossed the 93,000 mark on the previous day.

1.24 million infected so far

In the last 24 hours in India, 93,249 new cases of coronavirus were reported. With this, the total number of positive cases so far has been 1,24,85,509. After 513 new deaths, the total number of deaths has also increased to 1,64,623. The total number of active cases in the country is 6,91,597 and 1,16,29,289 people have been cured. So far, 24.81 Crore tests have been done for the coronavirus across the country. This includes 11.66 Lakh tests conducted on 3 April.
