Satya Pal Malik claims Pakistan behind the killing of BJP’s J&K secretary Anil Parihar

“Those people (killers of BJP senior leader and his brother) have been identified. Soon, results will be before you (media),” Malik said.

Days after the killing of senior J&K BJP leader, governor of the state Satya Pal Malik has said that the accused has been identified. he also said that appropriate action will be taken against them to bring them to book. Anil Parihar and his brother Ajeet Parihar were killed on their way to home on November 1.

52 years old Anil Parihar who lives in J&K’s Kishtwar district was the state BJP secretary. He and his brother were returning to their home in Parihar mohalla when they were attacked by the suspected militants and killed at around 8.40 pm.

Satya pal Malik, while addressing the media said that the investigation into the murder has revealed that the act was of militancy. Claiming Pakistan involvement in killing he said that it was an act of “frustration by militants and Pakistan”. “Those people (killers of BJP senior leader and his brother) have been identified. Soon, results will be before you (media),” Malik said.

The police imposed an indefinite curfew in some parts of Kishtwar and Doda districts after the killing of the Parihar brothers. The Jammu and Kashmir government has also constituted a SIT to probe the killing.
