Since 2017 The State Has Witnessed Development And Not Riots: Yogi Adityanath

“On one hand, there is a farmer loan waiver government, on the other hand, there are those who focused on their self-development,” says Yogi Adityanath

Mathura: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 196 development projects worth Rs 201.16 crore in Mathura. While addressing a public meeting in Mathura’s Mant, he targeted the opposition fiercely. He said that previous governments have defamed UP.

While addressing the public he said, “Nobody wanted to invest here because of the riots. In the name of development, looting used to happen here. They used to discriminate in electricity, some VIP districts were made where monkeys of development plans were distributed.”

He claimed that the previous government had spent money on the cemetery. He said, “Today, more than 200 crore foundation stone is being laid here. Which includes various plans. The previous government spent money in the name of the boundary of the cemetery. The development of religious places took place in this government.”

Referring to the riots in Kosi town of Mathura, the CM recalled how shops were set on fire for drinking water, and criminals got protection from power.

He stated that since 2017 the state has witnessed the development and not riots. Referring to the Jawahar Bagh incident of Mathura, CM Yogi targeted the SP and said that after 2017 there are no riots, only development is taking place. Earlier the doors of power were open for the mafia. Today the gates of the jail are open against the mafia. Earlier a family used to develop, today people are developing. Earlier, money was not spent for development, not for religious places, but on the boundaries of cemeteries. Giving information about organizing the grand Kumbh of Vrindavan, the CM mentioned the work being done by the Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad.

On corona management, the CM said that he gave information about free treatment, food distribution, and other schemes. From December 12, 5 kg of food grains will be given to each unit. Along with giving information about free vaccination, appealed to everyone to get covid vaccination. Due to Corona, the education of the youth was affected, but the government is also going to give tablets and smartphones to the youth. There will also be home education of the students. Efforts are on to prepare online for competitive exams as well.

He said, “Congress SP BSP no party had any idea about corona. All these people were in home isolation in their homes. They were at home when the public was in trouble. That’s why, for now, let them remain home-aged.” Referring to firing on Kar Sevaks, Yogi said that on one side there is a Rambhakt government, on the other hand, there are people who fired bullets. On one hand, there is a farmer loan waiver government, on the other hand, there are those who focused on their self-development. People should always decide only after looking at the present and future which will develop.
