New Delhi | Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj on Thursday left for a 3 nation Central Asia visit from 2-5 August 2018.

Swaraj will first visit the Republic of Kazakhstan on 2 & 3 August then the Kyrgyz Republic on 3 & 4 of August and later Uzbekistan on 4 & 5 August 2018.
On her visit to Kazakhstan, Swaraj will hold a bilateral meeting with H.E. Mr. Kairat Abdrakhmanov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Swaraj will also hold a meeting with the top leadership of Kazakhstan along with the Indian community in Kazakhstan.
In the next leg of her visit, Swaraj will interact with Mr. Erlan Abdyldaev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic. Swaraj will also schedule to meet various leaders of the Kyrgyz Republic. In the last segment of her visit of the 3 nation tour, Swaraj will arrive in Tashkent on 4 August 2018 were she will hold bilateral talks with Mr. Abdulaziz Kamilov, Minister of Foreign Affairs. Along with interacting with the indologists and members of the Indian community the External affairs minister will also offer floral tributes at the memorial of former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri.
