Watch: Unaffected Maha minister enjoys ‘video selfie’ in flood which left several dead

Kolhapur | Amid incessant rains and heavy flooding in Kolhapur, Maharashtra Minister is enjoying a ‘video selfie’ with colleagues.

In the video, it is seen that Water Minister Girish Mahajan, who has come out to inspect the flooding with officers, is laughing and waving in the video.

 

More than 27 have officially died in Maharashtra due to floods. More than 50,000 people have been affected.

Five rescue teams of the Navy were mobilised to provide assistance to those affected by heavy rains in Kolhapur and Sangli, a defence spokesperson said.

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis reviewed the flood situation in various parts of the state and directed the authorities concerned to make adequate arrangements of food, drinking water and other essential items for those affected.
