Residents of Delhi and those in the National Capital Region (NCR) felt strong tremors as a 4.0 magnitude earthquake hit the national capital in the wee hours of Monday. The epicentre was near Durgabai Deshmukh College of Special Education in south Delhi’s Dhaula Kuan, an official was quoted saying by news agency PTI.
