Aaditya Thackeray Pauses His Speech For Azaan During Nishtha Yatra

Aaditya Thackeray is seen pausing his speech as Azaan begins, he waited for a few minutes and then he resumed his speech.

Mumbai: On Friday, Maharashtra former minister Aaditya Thackeray’s video went viral on social media from his speech in Chandivali. His visit to Chandivali was a part of his ‘Nishtha Yatra’ which he began with a week ago. In the viral video, Aaditya Thackeray is seen pausing his speech as Azaan begins, he waited for a few minutes and then he resumed his speech. For his Yatra, he is traveling to different parts of the state to meet and interact with the Shiv Sena workers.

As seen in the video, Aaditya Thackeray was giving his speech as the Azaan begins, he takes a two minutes pause as the Azaan proceeds and then resumed his speech again after the Azaan.

During the loudspeaker row in Maharashtra that was initiated by Raj Thackeray and his Maharashtra Navnirman Sena when Uddhav Thackeray was the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Aaditya Thackeray spoke out against the controversy. “Loudspeakers should be used to create awareness among people about reasons behind rising prices of essential commodities” ,he said

After Eknath Shinde’s rebellion against Uddhav Thackeray which led to the overthrow of Maha Vikas Aghadi government, Aaditya Thackeray launched his outreach campaign highlighting how Uddhav Thackeray was betrayed when he was sick. During a recent campaign, Aaditya Thackeray predicted and claimed the collapse of the Shinde government, saying, “Mark my words, this government will soon collapse and Maharashtra will have to face mid-term polls.”

Aaditya, who also leads the Yuva Sena, the party’s youth wing, has been holding rallies in Mumbai to keep the party cadre intact.

Previously there have been multiple controversies regarding Azaan, either to ban it or to remove loudspeakers for the same.
