Allahabad HC Rejects Petitions By Mosque Committee

Pronouncing its judgment in the Gyanvapi case, The Allahabad High Court on Tuesday rejected all petitions by the mosque committee challenging civil suits that seek the restoration of a temple at the mosque site. The HC directed the Varanasi court to conclude the hearing in one of these civil suits, filed in 1991, in a time frame of six months.
