The Delhi Tis Hazari court extended Bibhav Kumar’s judicial custody until July 16. He was arrested on May 18 following allegations by Aam Aadmi Party’s Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal that she was assaulted at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s residence on May 13.
