Hyderabad: According to party sources, the BJP National Executive, to be held in Hyderabad, is predicted to adopt a political statement on Saturday defining its policies, tactics, and initiatives in advance of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
On Saturday afternoon, J P Nadda, the national president of the BJP, will deliver the introductory statements.
BJP officials have reportedly debated the several proposals in a previous conference.
The summit that is predicted to approve an economic resolution highlighting the Union government’s measures to manage inflation, will also discuss problems driven on by the Covid outbreak, the increase in the price of crude oil, and the conflict between Ukraine and Russia.
The two-day meeting will be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is expected to arrive in Hyderabad this Sunday. The PM is set to make the final remarks on Sunday followed by a public address at the Parade Ground.
The battle between the heavy-weight parties will be witnessed by Hyderabad, as BJP attempts to expel the KCR led TRS authority out of Hyderabad.
KCR who will not be receiving PM Modi according to protocols has issued a deputing Cabinet Minister to receive the leader while CM Rao will receive opposition presidential candidate Yashwant Sinha on the same day.
Saffron flags and flex posters of PM Modi, Nadda, and state leader Bandi Sanjay Kumar currently flood the Hyderabad city.
BJP posters presently adorn the routes as one travels to the location of the Golkonda BJP National Executive Council.
Photos of Home Minister Amit Shah are displayed on large banners and flex boards.
