Srinivas BV calls her a liar, for making false allegations about Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi.
New Delhi: Congress Leader Srinivas BV takes a dig at Union Minister Smriti Irani. Srinivas calls her a liar, for making false allegations about Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi.
On Saturday, Smriti slammed Rahul Gandhi for not bowing down in front of Swami Vivekanand as he starts his Bharat Jodo Yatra. The campaign – which began in Kanyakumari – will move northwards passing through Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Nilambur, Mysuru, Bellary, Raichur, Vikarabad, Nanded, Jalgaon, Indore, Kota, Dausa, Alwar, Bulandshahr, Delhi, Ambala, Pathankot, Jammu, and culminate in Srinagar.
Accusing Rahul Gandhi Smriti said, “I want to ask Congress that you are doing a yatra to unite India, but since you started from Kanyakumari, why did you not bow down in front of Swami Vivekanand?”
Hitting back over these remarks made by Smriti Irani Srinivas BV tweeted, “Chal Jhoothi… Aren’t you ashamed of lying?
Chal Jhoothi…

Addressing BJP’s ‘Jana Spandana’ event program in Bengaluru, Irani accused Gandhi of “harming the unity of India”, which she said, “required the opposition party to take out such a campaign.”
Several BJP leaders have hit out at the Congress for its Bharat Jodo Yatra. She also slammed Congress for their ‘anti-India slogans.’ “Rahul Gandhi is on the way to uniting India but he should answer first who dared to break India. You make a person a member of your party who shouted the slogan ‘Bharat Tere Tukde Honge, Insha Allah,” she said.

Smriti was also shocked over Gandhi’s remark in Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu that the fight is now against the structure of the Indian state. he said: “You have waged a war against India. I am shocked by your hunger for power. We are not fighting a political party anymore, we used to fight a political party. Now, the fight is not between one political party and another political party. Now, the fight is between the structure of the Indian state and the opposition and everybody understands this.”
