The Delhi High Court has asked AAP leader Somnath Bharti to correct the errors in his plea challenging BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj’s victory in the New Delhi constituency’s Lok Sabha election. The court noted numerous mistakes in Bharti’s petition, which alleges corrupt practices in Swaraj’s election. Heading the bench, Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora stated, βIt is full of mistakes. There are too many mistakes. Correct the petition,β .βI can’t issue a notice like this. I will simply adjourn it. Please file a corrected petition,β the court said further.
