“Go To High Court”: Supreme Court On Manish Sisodia’s Challenge To Arrest

Chief Justice Of India DY Chandrachud has refused to entertain Manish Sisodia’s petition for quashing of the FIR or in the alternative, grant him bail from CBI custody and asked Manish Sisodiya to approach the High court.

Supreme Court says it can not interfere or intervene in the matter and that just because an incident happens in Delhi does not mean the matter will come to the Supreme Court.

The CBI has been granted a 5-day (4th March) custody of the AAP leader in conception to alleged corruption in the now scrapped Delhi liquor policy case .
