Indian Navy Saves Hijacked Iranian Ship With Pakistani Crew

The Navy conducted an operation to rescue the hijacked Iranian fishing vessel, Al Kambar 786, and its crew of 23 Pakistani nationals. The pirates surrendered following the operation. Two warships were diverted based on piracy reports late Thursday, intercepting the vessel in the Arabian Sea southwest of Socotra. INS Sumedha and INS Trishul joined the operation.
